All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and optionally synchronized via Apple’s iCloud service. This synchronization is subject to Apple’s privacy and security policies, and we do not have access to your iCloud data.
• 2. Use of Analytics: We may use third-party analytics providers (such as Firebase Analytics or Apple Diagnostics) to help us understand aggregate trends and user behavior. This may include information such as device type, session duration, and feature usage. These data are collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify individual users.
• 3. Security: We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data stored locally on your device. However, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and iCloud accounts.
• 4. Children's Privacy: The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
• 5. Consent: By using the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.

• 6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to design, source code, content, and branding, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the developer.
• 7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the App.
• 8. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the developer be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
• 9. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
• 10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
